Hannam Atelier

Hannam Workroom is a gallery-style cafe in a converted house in the alleys of Hannam, showing lacquerwork by artist Heo Myeonguk alongside coffee, tea, and cake. The menu includes matcha forest, lemon cake, and apple cinnamon latte, and the cups and trays are also lacquerwork by the artist. A small garden sits behind the stairs leading up to the cafe, and seating is split between indoors and a terrace. Before 1 p.m. the tables are spaced apart, but the cafe fills with customers, and weekday afternoons can draw a crowd.
