AUFGLET

AUFGLET HANNAM is a bakery on Hannam Street in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul that sells croffles, canelés, and coffee. The croffles are crisp and chewy, topped with ice cream that has a glutinous texture like gelato, and the shop also serves dinner menus and wine. The space is split between the first and second floors, with lighting, photographic works, and wide sofas. Croffles come out quickly after ordering, and a variety of desserts were on display at 2 p.m. on a Saturday.
