Suwolbong Jijil Trail

Suwolbong Geological Trail is a hiking course that starts from Chagwido Port in Gosan at the western end of Jeju and follows a 77m hill formed by a volcanic eruption. The course passes through volcanic ash layers and various volcanic sedimentary structures. The trail is short enough to walk at an easy pace. Sections on both sides are blocked off because of falling rock, so the area open to visitors is limited.
