Third Person Observer

Third Person Observer is a cafe in Sinchang-ri, Hangyeong-myeon, Jeju, near Sinchang Port, selling coffee and miscellaneous goods. It serves cinnamon cafe latte and coffee alongside almond crackers, with a full window looking out over the Sinchang sea. The cafe has a large yard, music, and a resident cat. There is no dedicated parking lot, so cars must be parked at Sinchang Port or on the main road and visitors walk from there.
