Bimai Guest is a cafe in Hyeopjae, Jeju, serving apple mango bingsu, souffle, and croffle. The mango bingsu contains finely chopped apple mango, mango syrup, and mango sorbet down to the milk ice. Food and drinks tend to come out late after ordering. The bingsu portion is on the small side.
