Hakone Sightseeing Cruise Motohakone-ko Pier

The Hakone Sightseeing Pirate Ship departs from Motohakone Port on Ashinoko, near Hakone Shrine and the Peace Torii. The roughly 30-minute crossing to Togendai Port is made on a ship built to look like a pirate vessel, with views of Mount Fuji and the lake. The Hakone Free Pass is checked by QR code, boarding lines form 15 minutes before departure, and first-class passengers board first and go up to the top deck for the view. The parking lot and waiting area cannot handle the crowds, so boarding is congested.
