Uchino Tamago Chokubaisho is a food stall on the first floor of Hakata Station, directly in front of the souvenir shops, serving tamago kake gohan and oyakodon. The tamago kake gohan comes with a raw egg over rice, seasoned with soy sauce and shichimi, and can be ordered with toppings such as mentaiko and seaweed. The menu is simple and easy on the stomach, making it a light breakfast option. In the morning the queue gets long, and there are times when the breakfast menu sells out.
