Tsuboya Nakasu-ten is a yakitori restaurant in Nakasu, Fukuoka. Its signature items include tsukune and shiitake mushroom skewers, and you can add individual skewers to a five-skewer set. At around 7 p.m., there was no wait to enter. The dining area is small with limited space between seats, and the highballs are weak.
