Soba Nagata is a soba shop on the second floor of a private house next to Tochoji in Fukuoka, serving cold and hot soba. It offers thin noodles as Zaru Soba, Oroshi Soba, Juwari Soba, and Duck Soba, and after finishing the noodles, you pour the soba water into the dipping broth and drink it. You take off your shoes at the first-floor entrance, go up the stairs, and enter through an intercom, and from the window you can see the five-story pagoda of Tochoji and the trees. The portions are small.
