Menya Taison is a tonkotsu ramen shop an eight-minute walk from Hakata Station in Fukuoka. It serves rich tonkotsu and yatai-style tonkotsu, both with thick chashu and pork jowl chashu. The shop stays open past 10 p.m., and water and gatkimchi are self-serve at the self bar. The space is small, so groups of four or more cannot visit.
