Ramen Jinanbo

Ramen Jinanbo Hakata Honten is a tonkotsu ramen shop in a small alley off Hakata Station in Fukuoka. The broth is rich and deep with almost no gamy smell, and gyoza is served alongside. You order by buying a meal ticket from the machine at the entrance and handing it to the staff. Local customers make up much of the clientele.
