Menya Isshi Ramen is a ramen shop in the Nakasu area of Fukuoka's Hakata Ward, serving basic tonkotsu and a spicy ramen. The spicy ramen is a red tonkotsu with thin noodles, sesame aroma, and chili oil, and tebasaki and fried rice are available on the side. The shop has only counter seating, so customers sit and eat alone. Payment is cash only, so cash must be prepared in advance.
