Musashi

Hakata Gyu Mabushi Musashi is a Japanese steak restaurant within a five-minute walk of Hakata Station in Fukuoka. It serves a special wagyu rice bowl that diners grill on a hot stone plate. The beef arrives close to rare, at medium-rare, and comes with garlic flakes, shichimi, salt, a house sauce, and dashi broth for ochazuke. Reservations are accepted, and the meat is grilled on the stone to the desired doneness before the dashi broth finishes it as ochazuke.
