Motsunabe Nagamasa Hakata Honten is an offal hot pot restaurant in Fukuoka that serves miso and shio motsunabe along with live squid hoe and mackerel hoe. The motsunabe comes with plenty of vegetables and daechang (beef large intestine), and leftover squid can be fried, with noodles available as an add-on. In the evening the restaurant draws many local diners, and staff who speak Korean are on hand. Without a reservation there may be no table, so booking ahead is required.
