On weekdays at 11 a.m. you can enter without waiting, but by 11:30 the wait runs 20 to 30 minutes and can reach 50 minutes, and Google reservations are available. Depending on the cut, the tonkatsu has a lot of fat or the meat is dry, and there are few side dishes to eat with it.
