Kanetora Rich Soup Ramen

Menya Kanetora Hakata Deitos is a tsukemen shop on the second floor of Hakata Station's Deitos, in the area where ramen shops are gathered. The rich tsukemen and spicy tsukemen are dipped in a thick bonito broth, and the flavor is changed with garlic, anchovy vinegar, and chili powder. At the entrance kiosk, customers choose a menu item, then a staff member confirms the noodle amount and spiciness to finish the order. The broth is on the salty side.
