Hinode Hakata is a seafood rice bowl restaurant on the basement first floor of Deitos at Hakata Station. It serves maguro kaisendon and a special bowl, and diners can leave rice in the bowl and pour tea over it to eat it as ochazuke. It opens at 11 a.m. and operates until 10 p.m., with orders placed on tablets at each seat. Many local customers eat here, and Japanese home-style menus such as grilled mackerel set meals and fried oyster set meals are also available.
