Nihon Soba Chojuro is a soba restaurant on the basement level of the Hyatt Hotel at Canal City in Fukuoka. It serves kake soba and yuzu cold soba made with noodles that carry a strong buckwheat aroma, along with unagi donburi and rolled egg. The water used to boil the buckwheat tastes more nutty than barley tea. Table spacing is narrow and not comfortable.
