Ippudo

Ippudo Ramen Hakata Station is on the 10th floor of the Amu Plaza dining area at Hakata Station and serves tonkotsu ramen. Its signature Shiromaru Motoaji comes with a light tonkotsu broth, a large piece of chashu, and spicy bean sprouts on the side. Staff hand out menus and take orders while people wait in line, so a group of about 10 can enter in roughly 10 minutes. The gyoza are small.
