Ichimujin Enokida

Ramen Ichimujin Enokita is a tonkotsu ramen shop five minutes by car from Fukuoka Airport. It serves tonkotsu ramen topped with mentaiko, along with gyoza and fried rice, and keeps mentaiko and three kinds of pickled side dishes unlimited on the tables. Orders are placed at a ticket vending machine, and you tell the staff how firm you want the noodles cooked; there is no break time. It is about a 30-minute walk from Hakata Station and there are no other shops nearby, so access is difficult.
