Hakata Motsunabe Ooyama – KITTE Hakata Shop

Hakata Motsunabe Oyama Kitte Hakata is a Japanese offal hot pot restaurant on the ninth floor of KITTE Hakata, next to Hankyu Department Store at Hakata Station. It serves gopchang hot pot with a miso or soy sauce base, along with rice, jjambbong noodles, and udon noodles added to the pot, plus yukhoe and beef tongue steak. Reservations can get you a private room or a seat separated by curtains. The miso broth is on the salty side, and the lunch set comes with a small amount of gopchang.
