Hakata Motsunabe Mansakuya

Mansakuya sits next to Hakata Station and serves sukiyaki-style motsunabe along with a lunchtime steak don. The motsunabe contains offal including daechang, mino, and senmai, finished with champon noodles added at the end. Staff cook the hot pot in its stone pot at the table until it is done. The offal is chewy rather than tender.
