Hakata Ino Kura

Hakata Ino Kura is an Italian restaurant in a back alley near Kushida Shrine in Fukuoka. It serves handmade pasta and dishes adjusted to a Japanese setting, and makes its own hot sauce. Guests take off their shoes at the entrance; seating is six counter seats and four horigotatsu seats, and lunch is a choice between two courses. The salt level in many dishes is on the strong side.
