Ganso Ramen Nagahamake is near central Fukuoka and serves one kind of tonkotsu ramen. Its broth, simmered from chicken and pork bones, is light like dwaeji gukbap or sarigomtang, and comes with soft chashu and crisp scallions. Opened in 1952, it operates from 7 a.m., and orders are placed by inserting cash into a Korean-language vending machine on the right of the entrance to get a meal ticket. The broth is familiar but can be a little salty.
