Fukiya

Fukiya Hakata is a Japanese restaurant on the 8th floor of Hakata Bus Terminal serving okonomiyaki and yakisoba. You can choose okonomiyaki with mochi, meat, squid and shrimp, or yakisoba with bean sprouts, and you add mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce yourself. At the entrance you write your name, party size and preferred seating, order, then enter and cook; food usually takes about 20 minutes. In the evening, a wait and takeout orders overlap, so it can take 30 minutes to an hour after entering, and there is a lot of smoke inside.
