Hagakure is a Japanese offal hot pot restaurant serving agodashi motsunabe with seasonal vegetables, located in Nakasu and Nakasuwabata in front of Don Quijote along the Nakasu River. The broth contains daechang (beef large intestine), soft tofu, and cabbage, and diners can choose a miso flavor; horse sashimi and karaage are also served. Noodles can be added to the motsunabe and the meal finished with rice porridge. The interior is bright and clean.
