Yoshi Ramen

Yoshiraamen is a Japanese ramen shop in a quiet corner of Haeundae, Busan, serving shoyu, tonkotsu and iekei ramen along with aburasoba. The aburasoba uses a thick sauce that clings to thick noodles. The iekei ramen has a rich broth with a refreshing edge. The noodles carry a flour smell and a pasty quality, so the texture is not firm.
