Yeongnam Dwaeji

Yeongnam Dwaeji is a Busan restaurant where samgyeop roseu, pork jowl, and ogyeopsal are grilled over charcoal. Staff grill the meat at the table, and the thin samgyeop roseu cooks as if fried in its own fat, with beef radish soup served by default. Bibim naengmyeon, mul naengmyeon, and chadol doenjang jjigae can be ordered alongside the samgyeop roseu. The meat and the soups taste good, but the portions are small.
