Yang Gopchang Gojip

Yang Gopchang Gojip is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant near Jangsan Station in Haeundae, Busan, serving yang, daechang (beef large intestine), and sochang. The Yang Gopchang Han Pan comes with yang, daechang, and sochang together, eaten dipped in a special sauce. It runs by reservation, so meals are private, and the owner grills everything from start to finish. Daechang Ramen has daechang chopped into it, and the bokkeum bap is pressed on the grill to eat like scorched rice.
