Wonjo Haeundae Makchangjip

Wonjo Haeundae Makchangjip is a makchang restaurant in the makchang alley in Haeundae, Busan, serving makchang, daechang, and gopchang jeongol. The makchang and daechang arrive pre-grilled and staff grill and cut them at the table, while the gopchang jeongol contains a large amount of garlic. Grilled items require an order of at least three servings and jeongol at least two, and a visit at 8:30 p.m. involved a wait of close to one hour. Ventilation is poor, so eyes sting and clothes pick up the smell, and the interior is on the warm side.
