Ungbi Singi Hoetjip

Ungbi Singi Hoetjip is a takeout hoe (raw fish) shop at the end of a small alley inside Haeundae Market. It serves milchi hoe with chojang and also handles spring flounder, with the chojang noted for its flavor. The small shop is run by three grandmothers. As it is inside a traditional market, the interior is not especially clean and the cutting-board maintenance is rough.
