UNAJU is a Japanese restaurant on a hillside road in Cheongsapo, Busan, serving Nagoya-style hitsumabushi and eel rice bowls. The eel is grilled twice, leaving the outside crisp and the inside soft, and is served with a not-sweet sauce, horseradish, and seaweed flakes, or as ochazuke. There are four to five dedicated parking spaces in front of the restaurant, and parking in the alley is also possible. The eel rice bowl itself is plain.
