Ubong Shabu

Ubong Shabu is a shabu-shabu restaurant in Cheongsapo, Busan, where diners eat while looking out at the sea. The meat is sliced to order and served with vegetables and a clean, light broth, and the vegetables can be refilled as much as you want from a self-service bar. A multilingual menu is available by QR code, and after the meal, juk and curry udon are served. The spicy broth is a little hotter than Shin Ramyun.
