Ttaekkal

Ttaekkal is a meat restaurant in Busan that serves samgyeopsal (pork belly) and jumulleok set meals. Along with the samgyeopsal, diners order pa muchim, jjolmyeon, doenjang stew, and kimchi stew, and at lunch the two stews are sometimes mixed half and half. Office workers come in for lunch, and the jumulleok set meal is known for its chewy texture. The self-service corner is sparse and ventilation is limited, so the meat smell clings to clothing.
