Sushi Shimiru

Sushi Simiru is a Japanese restaurant in Busan that serves sushi omakase. The menu centres on shari and sushi made with fish such as yellowtail and benjari, served with alcohol. A fish-broth gukbap topped with grilled tilefish (okdom) is also served. The herring is relatively low in fat.
