Sushi Seonsu

Sushi Seonsu is a small sushi and omakase restaurant in Jwa-dong, Haeundae, Busan. It serves fish scored and brushed with soy sauce and lemon, along with white fish sushi and egg sushi. Orders begin with salad and steamed egg, and sliced abalone cooked in liquor is sometimes added. There are eight counter seats and one table, and on a Saturday lunch the wait was 20 minutes.
