Songwon Mulhoe

Songwon Mulhoe is a Korean restaurant in an alley near Songjeong Station in Busan that serves mulhoe and rice bowls with hoe and rice. The sauce is sweet and sour rather than spicy, and the dish is eaten by mixing it and then pouring in broth to finish. The hoe is fresh, and maeuntang comes with the mulhoe at no extra charge. There is no parking lot, so going by car is inconvenient.
