Solsot Haeundae

Solsot Haeundae is a Korean restaurant specializing in sotbap, located at the entrance of Haeundae Haeridan-gil in Busan. It serves salmon sotbap, domi gwanja sotbap, pork and gosari sotbap, and eel sotbap, each cooked to order in a sot. After the rice is scooped out, nurungji and broth are poured into the pot. The two-story space has widely spaced tables on the second floor, and the sotbap arrives glossy and sticky after a short wait following the order, though server response tends to be slow.
