Soban

Soban is a Korean restaurant near LCT at Haeundae Dalmaji Gogae in Busan, serving galchi jorim and home-style Korean meals. The galchi jorim uses thick hairtail with a red sauce that is not spicy, and comes with rice and lightly seasoned side dishes. One person does the cooking, so dishes arrive all at once and waiting times occur. Public transit access is awkward and parking is inconvenient.
