Sinheunggwan is a Sichuan-style Chinese restaurant across from the entrance of Haeundae Market, operating since 1954. It serves ganjjajang topped with a fried egg, samseon jjamppong loaded with seafood, and Sichuan jjajang in a red sauce, along with kkanpunggi that comes bone-in. The hall is small, with a seated room further inside, and the bokkeumbap is served fluffy without jjajang sauce. The kkanpunggi arrives bone-in, which makes separating the meat a chore.
