Shovel is a restaurant inside The Westin Josun Busan that serves modern Korean dishes alongside tea and desserts, with views of the Haeundae sea, the white sand beach, and LCT. The Korean menu runs from haemul doenjang jjigae and grilled eel to galbitang and yukhoe bibimbap, as well as oyster noodles and jeonggwa. Hotel parking is free for two hours, and infants are given their own tableware and water cup. Window seats tend to be glaring during the day.
