Shabu Hwa Haeridan-gil

Shabuhwa Haeridan-gil is a shabu-shabu restaurant on Haeridan-gil in Busan that serves matcha broth shabu-shabu and mille-feuille nabe. For the beef vietnamese wrap shabu-shabu, the matcha broth arrives separately and is added once the base broth boils, then vegetables and meat are cooked in it. After the meal, diners eat kalguksu and porridge, finishing with a mini ice cream. Vegetables can be refilled, and single-person shabu-shabu and several kinds of highballs are also available.
