Salle is an Italian restaurant in Haeundae that makes fresh pasta and gnocchi in-house, located on Dalmaji-gil next to Haeundae BNCC. It serves aglio e olio, ragù pasta, seafood pasta, and shrimp gnocchi, with ciabatta brought out alongside olive oil. The fresh pasta is chewy, the seafood is fresh, and the sauces are made from scratch rather than pre-made. The interior is a small Italian dining room with a calm, warm feel.
