One Cup a Day is a brunch restaurant in a converted house on Haeridan-gil in Busan. It has a white-toned interior and a clean dining space, and serves dishes such as French galette, porcini mushroom cream pasta, and mentaiko oil pasta. The French galette is a thin pancake batter filled like a croque-monsieur and served with arugula. On weekends the second floor is loud and noisy.
