Omakjip

Omakjip is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in Haeundae, Busan, that grills teukyang and daechang over domestic charcoal. A meal starts with chadolbagi, moves on to teukyang and daechang, and ends with yangbap. The daechang is served pre-grilled, while staff grill the teukyang at the table. Rooms on the upper floor can be reserved, and prices are on the high side.
