Nao Sushi

Naosushi is an omakase sushi and sashimi restaurant near Jungdong Station in Busan, where the chef hands each piece directly to the counter. The course moves through gyeranjjim, eel sushi, a large futomaki, and sake pairing. Seating is by reservation and holds about ten people, so a preferred time slot can be hard to secure. The shari sometimes falls apart, and the neta can taste heavily salted.
