Munhwa

Munhwa is a Japanese-style pub in Marine City, Busan, serving sake, food, and whale meat. It sits on the first floor of the Orange shopping complex in Marine City and is run by an owner who has long prepared sushi, offering omakase, grilled hairtail, and well-boiled whale meat. The space seats up to eight people and operates entirely by reservation, with parking in the building's underground lot. Seasoning is kept light, and the ratio of white-fleshed to red-fleshed fish is about half and half.
