Mueun Yuhwang Dwaeji Donkatsu

Mueunyuhwang Dwaeji Donkatsu is a basement tonkatsu restaurant in Busan, a 10-minute walk from BEXCO Station. Its tonkatsu comes with thick meat and two slices of cheese, and the saeu wandangmyeon pairs soft wontons and broth with a spicy sauce added to taste. The tonkatsu uses thick, firm loin meat, so the texture of the meat stands out more than the fried coating, and the wonton noodles are soft enough to break if you grip them too hard with chopsticks. The space is underground with few seats, so a wait forms at lunchtime.
