Kongbatgol Sundubu

Kongbatgol Sundubu is a sundubu (soft tofu stew) restaurant in Jwadong, Busan, near Top Mart, serving seafood and meat versions. The stew is boiled with a doenjang base instead of chili oil, and choosing seafood or meat brings basic side dishes and a wide bowl so it can be eaten as bibimbap. The restaurant offers 30 minutes of free parking in the lot directly in front, and some sundubu menu items include tteokguk tteok. The side dishes are seasoned on the salty side.
