Kokkok is a restaurant on Dalmaji-gil in Haeundae where you eat Vietnamese food while looking at the sea. The menu includes bun cha, pho, garlic shrimp, and water spinach, and the cooking is closer to local Vietnamese food than to a franchise. Cilantro is served only when you ask for it separately, and adding noodles to the pho brings more broth as well. Prices are on the high side.
